WELDING
welding

After burring, we weld the joint to the branch and bring it to the final shape. After dimensional inspection and electrolytic polishing, the final product is shipped.
Since welding is performed on the burred processed part, it is equivalent to butt welding and is basically a highly reliable back-strip welding.
We also conduct rigorous inspections.

Cross fittings are compatible with multiple branching, such as 4-way and 6-way. In addition to dimensions, materials, and pressure specifications, we can also customize the terminal shape (BW/SW/thread/flange) and schedule (Sch10S-40S). We can handle everything from drawings (PDF/DXF/STEP) and rough drafts to prototypes and small-lot mass production, and we can also provide non-destructive testing if necessary. Please contact us first to discuss your specifications.

ANGLE JOINT
Angled Fittings

It uses burring at a 45° angle, making it suitable for applications such as drainage.
Conventionally, welding reliability was unstable due to welding complex notches together, but burring processing has simplified the welding process, reducing the number of joints and the heat impact, and has significantly improved reliability, leading to its adoption in nuclear power plants.

HEDDER TUBE
Multi-branch pipe

A single pipe can be branched into multiple sections of any size.
Normally, holes are drilled and welded or a T-shaped weld connection is used, but this can be made simply.

Materials include stainless steel, iron, copper,
Nickel alloys, titanium, etc.

The branching direction is not only axial,
Circumferential branching is also possible.

Start by setting up the burring jig.

In the case of items other than general piping, such as tanks and vacuum containers, where high dimensional accuracy is required, we use the most suitable jigs based on our past experience to perform burring and assemble the parts.

We handle everything from welding to polishing.

After burring, we can weld the branch pipes and provide a consistent finish, including surface treatment, polishing, and electrolytic polishing.

Please contact us to discuss your needs.

We also carry out machining and precision machining.

In cases where it is difficult to achieve precision with welding alone, such as flange surfaces, ferrule surfaces, and packing grooves, we ultimately use machining to improve dimensional precision.
